• Job Details:• Monitor Core network of Egypt post’s Headquarters and it’s all branches through Entuity Network analysis • Report all incidents to the higher management • Reciving tickets from helpdesk team and check if the problem from our side or from ISP side • Escalate the ticket to ISP to check the connection, and follow with them till the problem solved

• Job Details:• Support Leased lines of customer MPLS (L3VPN, l2VPN ) from PE to CE • Received tickets and issues of customers and handle it • Troubleshoot the connection of customer from PE to CE until to found the problem and solve it • Troubleshoot cabinets, DSLAMS ,MSANS ,modems, switches, routers of customer connection • Solve the logical and physical issues of customer connection • Working @ lab Environment on new cisco , juniper and Huawei routers and switches , also test old customers devices to find the fault on it
