• Job Details:Responsible for installing and repairing household appliances (including cookers, washing machines, fridges and freezers). Arranging replacements when faulty equipment has to be repaired in a workshop, and ordering spare parts needed for the appliances from spare parts software. Inspecting the faulty appliance using a laptop software and testing the mechanical part of the appliance Owner of a recycling project for some appliances to be sold as Class B appliances Making sure that there are enough spare parts in stock. Managing the technicians, and helping them to answer customer inquiries, whether it is related to installation or repair Evaluating and updating technicians’ technical skills through training plans Handling customers’ complaints

• Job Details:Support the maintenance delivery team as directed by the line manager. Ensure that planned maintenance is in accordance with the requirements of the system and support as required. Minimize downtime and contribute to the achievement of production targets. Prepare technical reports as required. Effective cost management of maintenance activities. Seek and innovate improvements through a structure process and review. Carry out regular data checks to ensure compliance with data structure. Maintain asset register and equipment hierarchies. Analysis and improve preventative maintenance
