Production planning team leaderFull Time

• Job Details:o Handling all activities of production planning and master production schedule. o Implement plan versus actual progress charts reports and analyze deviations from plan. o Preparation of new products startup and plan. o Responsible for monitoring LG plan targets. o Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow. o Make analysis for production CAPA and assembly UPH to ensure production balanced. o Coordinate with material and purchasing team for production suppling to avoid any shortage. o Monitoring the production processes and adjust schedule as needed. o Continuous coordination with Quality/Planning/Logistics teams to maintain an excellent service level of product delivery.

Factory improvement and QA part leaderFull Time

• Job Details:o Follow up the procedures of operating equipment after the installation to make sure of its safety before its start up. o Making sure of implementation of the operating procedures. o Ensure an optimal product quality. o Analyze the product performance indicators to recommend corrective actions to be compatible with the quality standards. o Measure the quality of the product using a pre-defined set of criteria. o Recording information on products which do not conform to standards. - Create specifications control charts based on products they are sampling. o Liaise with engineers and other production staff to create plans of product quality and improvements. o FI-11 improvement member. o Control operations documents and requirements from all related divisions. o Internal audit plan and executions throughout the operations divisions. o Evaluate the product and the disadvantages of the process and therefore suggest solutions including. o Make sure that work in progress and finish target goods with the required standards.

Quality control / Quality assuranceFull Time

• Job Details:o Ensure that production methods and finished products meet established standards. o Assume required frequently in process analysis of produced SLES (Sodium lauryl ether sulphate) and CAPB (Coco amido propyl Betain) to ensure maximum quality. o Reviews and tests components, raw materials and finished goods to ensure that such products and materials meet corporate quality and safety standards. o Perform statistical analysis for test results. o Undertake physical inspection of the packing tanks including (ISO tanks, IBC’s & drums). o Maintain all analytical equipment calibrated according to the schedule and SOP’s. o Be knowledgeable in Statistical Quality Control and develop new SQC charts for labs. o Monitoring & checking the loaded material before approval for dispatch. o Data update in hard and soft copies and on Navision system.
