AL-Khobar, Saudi Arabia (Feb 2019– current)  Turnkey project for a 5 Stars hotel consists of 20 floors, with total Value of 150M SAR and 14M SAR of chilled water HVAC system. → Barghash Tower, Asmael General Contracting. AL-Khobar, Saudi Arabia (Jan 2018 – current) • Core and shell project for a commercial tower consists of 24 floors with a total value of 65M SAR and 6M SAR of VRV HVAC system. → Muhammadia compound Phase II, Asmael General Contracting. AL-Khobar, Saudi Arabia (Oct 2015 – DEC 2017) • Turnkey project of a compound consists of 48 villas, 2 apartment buildings & health club building with total value of 100M SAR and 6.5M of HVAC system → Centro Rotana Hotel, Asmael General Contracting. AL-Khobar, Saudi Arabia (April 2014 – Feb 2016) • Turnkey project for a 5 stars’ hotel consists of 14 floors, 271 guest room, 2 restaurants, kitchens, gym & health club, 3 meeting rooms and other facilities with total value of 140M SAR and 12.5M SAR of HVAC system • 900 T.R chilled water system consists of 4 chillers, primary & secondary pump stations connected to system of FAHU, AHU’s and FCU’s to cover all the building side by side with ventilation system of exhaust, fresh air & pressurization fans. monitored and controlled by BMS system Duties and Responsibilities: • Handling day-to-day site activities. • Monitored the installation of HVAC works. • Coordinate site works with other disciplines. • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports for the project manager and the H.O.D. • Following the time schedules and meeting the deadlines. • Execute all the HVAC works respecting all quality and standards requirements. • Review HVAC Drawings (HVAC Plan, Section, Schematic, and Balancing) respect to contract requirements consultant / client for review & approval
