• Job Details:• Projects : Asmarat youth club - Development of kids garden in shooting club "Dokki branch" i. Site inspection of landscape work to ensure that it adheres to design plans , construction of birthday building and internal and external finishing works (marble – internal paints – dry mix external paints – porcelain - gypsum board ceiling - Alumetal windows – securit glass doors) in addition to planting , hardscape (stamped concrete-colored concrete - interlocking concrete blocks) , and site furniture (wooden fence , benches – builtin seats- guidance signs) . ii. Design updating & editing and redesign some parts for landscape features according to owner requirements , changes and obstacles on site iii. Linking site conflicts and inquiries up with design department in the head office iv. Assist with supervising installation of the landscape works on site, and report on site works, progress, changes etc. v. Site Technical office duties for executed works including quantities survey and reviewing invoices submitted by contractor vi. Prepare work presentation and project records with details such as photos and statics about field progress and time schedule vii. Attending regular meetings with project owner (shooting club administrative board) to follow the executive situation of the projects
