Project Engineer and Quantity SurveyorFull Time

• Job Details:*Site managing and assuring the executing of work as specifications and drawings. *Checking formwork, reinforcements and all embedded items. *Arrangement of materials, manpower and instruments. *Ordering concrete materials and reinforcements and ensures that all materials and tools are available on site, and report to the Project Manager in case of any shortage or delay. * Monitoring site activities periodically to ensure that construction progressing is according to planned schedules and budgets. *Correcting any project deficiencies that affect production, quality and safety. *Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. *Raising RFIs as ITPs and conducting final inspection with consultant to proceed concrete pouring. *Making daily report and reporting to project manager. *Making "as-built" drawings. *Inspection of the Problems and finding engineering solutions with the consultant. *Making and updating time schedule for the projects. *Making monthly cost report. *Making Company's statements (Sheet Excel & at website of the Ministry). *Making Subcontractor's contracts and statements.
