• Job Details:• Reliability and maintenance of the paper mill chemicals • Management of $1m+ monthly chemical budget & inventory management (IFS/SAP) and related KPIs including raising purchase orders when required • Roster on call duties 24/7 support remotely or on-site troubleshooting & subject matter expertise regarding chemical issues on site. • Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and chemicals processes • Involvement with multiple projects including new chemical trials, process improvement projects and safety initiatives. •Daily monitoring and management of chemicals and chemical levels including inventory of consumables and equipment in the mill •Training operators in laboratory tests • Compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses • Identify quality problems and recommend solutions • Require quotations from equipment suppliers and installation contractors. • Calibrate, validate, or maintain laboratory equipment. • Projects coordination and annual maintenance jobs • Daily production support for grade changes & issues • Undertake project procurement, issue POs, negotiate and manage contracts. • Support plant shutdowns, start-ups and maintenance interventions for chemical units and paper machine • Create clear system of documentation on operation of chemical systems to make it transferable •Troubleshoot chemical dosing systems and arrange resources for maintenance •Providing technical assistance and optimising dosing systems to achieve performance and efficiency •Conduct regular and random testing of paper to meet quality requirements, stay up to date with latest chemical data and update MSDS whist research and developing • Liaise with technical consultants, suppliers, and contractors • Managing tradewaste analysis with Yarra Valley Water. • oversight of equipment and plant ownership, monitoring the physical conditions of the plant/ equipment and implement solutions

operations & process engineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for all process and operation activities in Amreya LPG Recovery plant of Egyptian Natural Gas Company (GASCO) which utilizes 350 MMSCFD of the western desert gases to produce about 500 tons LPG, 600 BBL condensate, 1000 tons C2C3 and 270 MMSCFD sales gases to the national grid consumers. • Follow up all the production operations during the shifts. • Perform efficiently to produce on-spec products (C2C3, Condensate and LPG). • Learn to operate propane refrigeration package to target required temperature profiles. • Perform material balance and calculate the daily production of the plant. • Initiate the ERP emergency response plan in case of the emergency including assessment of its level and clearing. • Perform shutdown, depressurization, and re-operation when needed for certain unit or the whole plant. • Represent the general manager of the plant during afternoon and night shifts doing his administrative work on behalf of him.
