• Job Details:Duties • Managing all Users, Groups & Distribution Lists through office 365 portal • Granting access for different users to specific resources (printers, shared folders ...etc.) • Configure and manage XEROX & HP Copiers. • Monitor all server’s environment. • Configuring SAN Storage. • Configure and manage groups, policies & traffic Shaping on FortiGate. • Implementing small networks for sales events outside organization building. • Tracking Hardware Assets (PCs, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, and Connectors). • Handling all IT purchasing process through Axiom ERP System.
