MEP Construction ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:(Infrastructure utilities such as: - sewage, storm, water supply, firefighting, irrigation, force main, ground tanks, MV and LV cables, Street lighting and Light current and Transformers Rooms) 1. To represent the organization and enhance relationships in dealings with client, consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure all agreements are implemented. 2. T maintain records of any extra works undertaken to ensure Company billing covers any additional costs to clients. 3. To supervise work teams for effective delivery of daily objectives including the control of work hours, overtime and incentive schemes to improve efficiency. 4. To manage resources and equipment to achieve contract completion within budget and time. 5. To liaise with the HSE and/or Quality department for the support for project safety and or quality to ensure Company Health, Safety & Environment and quality policy and procedures are covered to client satisfaction. 6. To respond to emergencies and take remedial action as required to ensure health, safety and the environment are protected. 7. To identify and ensure skills of assigned manpower are aligned to project requirements to ensure technically competent personnel for the project. 8. To participate in regular meetings to identify problems, target dates, issues, delays execution of work to ensure timely project completion

Senior Project EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:(Infrastructure utilities such as: - sewage, storm, water supply, firefighting, irrigation, force main and ground tanks) 1. To monitor and assign work to Site Engineers in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures and limits of authority. 2. To monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organisational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses. 3. To handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company’s Procedures and Procurement department activities. 4. To undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties. 5. To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines. 6. To undertake QC reporting interaction with other departments of Company and clients to assure production schedules and deliveries are met. 7. To be responsible and report on the scheduling of man/material movements for all aspects of construction and or maintenance activity. 8. To act as a liaison with contractors and clients managing any work interfaces and enhancements to project scope. 9. To review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients according to required project standards. 10. To assist the Project Manager in preparation of Sub Contract agreements and to recruit people for his area of disciplin

MEP Construction ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:(HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Pump Rooms) 1. To plan and schedule the work and efficiently organise the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines. 2. To attend regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants and keeping them informed of progress. 3. To supervise and monitor the site labour force through General Foreman and or Supervisors, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction. 4. To oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered to. 5. To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time. 6. To oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction / maintenance, to check whether the materials are as specified. 7. To supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advise on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism. 8. To prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorised by the client after their inspection. 9. To develop a relationship with the Project Engineer and prepare periodical reports on the progress of work.
