• Job Details:- Stocktaking the store and making a documentary cycle for it, authorizing permissions for receiving and exchanging goods, also giving an estimate price for the stock on an ongoing basis and making the necessary reports for it. - Establishing an indicative price for projects before execution. - Calculating and distributing salaries and calculating employee’s overtime. - Clearing financial covenants and making the necessary work arithmetic entries for it. - Writing and registering checks. -Make the necessary financial constraints for sales, purchases, salaries and others. - Calculating the actual costs, direct and indirect, fixed and borrowed costs. - Make financial reports on an ongoing basis (on the finances, stores, inventory, expenditures, purchases and others, which clarify the financial position of the company. - Matching bank balances with book balances. - Recording of purchase and sales invoices and making the necessary restrictions and making a documentary cycle for them. - Calculating the actual, indicative, fixed, variable, direct and indirect costs.
