Senior Project Controls EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Record and make claim preparation for all events. • Preparation of critical path analysis and impact program in assessment of EOT. • Consult with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to indicate cost and return forecasts at the agreed payment dates and throughout the contract • Prepare master project schedule and plans during tender and execution stage • In conjunction with the Project Manager & stakeholders, prepare a programme of works which is acceptable to the client, and which indicates the sequence of operations, dependencies and resource requirements • Take adjustment Corrections due to the delay analysis. • Determine Monthly targets for all engineers and subcontractors. • Track actual cost, highlight deviations, hence, take corrective actions. • Calculate estimate at completion cost for the project. • Prepare Cost Estimates / Budgets, Cost Forecast / Cost Reports.
