    • Job Details:• Responsible for the safe and efficient 2 shifts operations of 16 hourly inbound and outbound associates in Al Obour, Borg Al Arab and Assiut stock points. • Provide all sites with updates on inventory adjustments, dumps, damages, and non-conforming product - Monthly Scorecard. • Assign all external facilities daily operations schedule (Warehouse and distribution plan). • Update the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) on daily basis according to the Sales Estimates, Stocks Level and the Expected Deliveries from factory and accordingly to create the proposals and release the final POs for Jotun External stock points. • Oversee the inventory stocks to be in line with the agreed safety stocks on hand as per the business model guidelines using the ERP system Matrix IFS. • Analyze the historical figures (Demand, Stock volumes/values, returns volumes/values and Dispatched volume/Values) and filter out outliers and reporting it the supply chain Manager. • Maintain/Improve the external stock points requirements (Sales trucks, Warehousing equipment, Operators, Buildings, and Utilities) in coordination with each category related function and ensure the timely forwarding of these requirements plans to the appropriate function. • Ensure that safe operating conditions exist in the Distribution Centers through meeting the company HSE regulations. • Control the Distribution Centers performance by monitoring the issuing tracking reports for actual results versus plans and reporting variances. • Lead Key Performance Indicators (Distribution productivity, loading compliance, warehouse productivity, warehouse breakage and finished goods shrinkage). • Evaluate the stock points operation team performance for4 warehouse administrators, 2 warehouse coordinators and 20 operators through assigning an annual Performance Objective Development talk (POD) and a quarter Key Issue talk (KIT) in according to the Jotun corporation SOP
