  • Job Details:Ensure & validate the warranty policy implementation for the entire local manufacturing passenger vehicle during PDI, at the sales stage and after sales. • Develop the required technical & statistical analysis - (annual, quarterly& monthly) regarding the top defective items (cost wise & count wise) based on the warranty claims for the PC. • Send and follow up the warranty notifications reports with QC, QA, PR, and Localization. • Responsible for Reimbursement of Local Parts within Warranty for PC. • Communicate with the local suppliers for quality issues related to the warranty. • Collect all data from the Oracle system. • Provide the needed technical support, regarding to the warranty issue to SC and TS team. • Provide the needed technical support regarding the warranty issue • to CRM and AS warranty.
