• Job Details: • sales accountant from 12/2012 to 6/2013 at Domty company : * Review sales reports and sales invoices and Conformity net sales amount with net goods spent from the stores. * Review sales prices and discounts recorded in invoices. * Review all types of sales invoices and sales returns with net goods spent from the store. * Recording all data of sales reporting on oracle system (pixel) & E BUSINESS. * Review all sales reports on system. * Supply managers with all sales reports. * Review all credits and make sure that there are no delayed or exceeding of credit limits * Prepare and send daily and monthly reports (delayed customers, cheques under collection status updates) and make daily closing. * Directing and monitoring branches under controlling to post all month end sales, discounts, commercial and marketing transactions and ensure that the accounts are closed on time *Program to visit the branches, per month and prepare a report on the visit indicating potential problems found and/or indicating areas of improvements. • inventory control accountant at Domty company: *Review quantities of materials and packing issued from main inventory to in process inventory depending on move order request. *Ensuring that all quantities that moved from main stores to in process inventory actually used in production. *Determine actually quantities of losses that used in processing and review it with allow rates *Ensuring from receiving all actual quantities of finished goods to finished goods stores. *Work on an inventory of all stores and determine losses of quantity. *Review all inventory transactions on oracle system (pixel) (E-BUSSINESS SYSTEM) and confirm it with manual item transaction. *Work on monthly stocktaking to all stores (materials store – packing store – spare parts store – finished goods store ) • cost accountant at Domty company : *Determine all production costs and divide it to direct and indirect costs. *Determine standard costs and comparing it with standard costs. *Determine material costs and packing cost that used in production and determine value of losses. *Determine other indirect manufacturing costs and divide it depending on the method used. * Responsible for prepare required reports to managers to use it to make decisions. *Determine all available alternatives to minimize costs and maximize profits. *Started my work at Domty company from Dec .2012 and still until now. • Other : • Oracle inventory super user. • Attending the period of oracle E-BUSSINESS system implementation. • Training oracle inventory users. • Review suppliers balance (tetrapak) and comparing it with Domty balance and determine Differences between them. • Record export invoices and review export customer's balances. • Review Treasury detects movement and treasury balance. • Attending the period of the company's entry in the stock market and prepare all reports to Reviewers. • Preparing to study certificated management accounting (CMA) at (IPA) at 29/11/2016.
