• Job Details:Reviewing and evaluating applicable accounting and documentary cycle, and work methods to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations. • Review procedures of procurement departments for local and imported goods to track and monitor the prices and review purchase orders to ensure compatibility of procurement plans with the requirement quantities and dates. • Review and evaluate procedures ( documentary and accounting) followed by the warehouse and stock control departments to ensure the availability of integrated systems of control covering all operations of inventory of raw materials, spare parts and finished products and evaluate the cost flow assumption followed to evaluate the inventory transactions. • Check balances of financial statements, supervising bank reconciliation and analyses of loans and its interest. • Review and assess the valuation of ending inventory according to accounting and auditing standards. • Assist Review and evaluate the applied cost system and review the sequential track of the manufacturing cost and indirect cost process includes ( raw materials , labor and other indirect costs) • Evaluate the allocation base used to allocate the shared services department costs on the production departments. • Assist Review the variances of standard cost. • Supervising fixed assets purchasing, depreciation, supervising cash box cycle, and petty cash. • Assist review and modifying the annual budget of the firm. • Review the tax return statement according to Egyptian tax law no#91 for 2005 and making treatable notes.
