Accounts receivable. - Setting and Revision for the invoice items with exchanging orders - Record the value of customer`s invoices - the following collection from customers and reducing the value of proceeds. - Analysis Receivable accounts. - Adjusting receivable accounts. 3. General accounts (G.L). -Analyses and adjusting accrual expenses & prepaid expenses accounts. -Adjusting to petty cash for employees. -Prepare journal entries for daily cash expenses. -Bank Reconciliation. 4. Analyses to customer and Supplier accounts. 5. Analyses to accruals &prepaid accounts.

• Job Details:*About administrative works: 1-Preparing Reports for (daily Revenue or monthly). 2- Review the sales invoices and seals return items if it by cash or Visa. 3- Monitor and Evaluate for cashiers and sales. *Accounts work: 1- Accounts inventory. -Periodic & perpetual inventory. -Inventory control. -Set the Stock Receipt voucher & Stock issue voucher & Transfer voucher. -Recording of purchases and sales invoices. (By system) - Reduction for customer and Supplier accounts. -Update inventory Balance in Warehouses. -Pricing for Inventory items. -Create Codes for inventory items.
