kareem Ahmed Fathy

As a program manager at Dakahlia Group, I lead and oversee multiple projects related to the Sewing project, a social initiative that empowers women and youth through vocational training and employment opportunities. I have been working in this role since November 2022, after being promoted from a project coordinator position that I held for 1.5 years. I have a bachelor's degree in tourism studies from معهد الألسن العالي, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to manage and coordinate projects in the tourism sector. Some of my core competencies include active listening, attention to detail, and customer success. I am passionate about creating positive social impact and supporting the development of the communities that we serve.
