• Job Details:Account Manager for key accounts (Saudi Arabia) • Responsible for contacting the customers daily to get a new orders. • Validate the customer inquiry and send it through the system to the assigned designer to work on it. • Follow up with the designer to get the required order within the SLA / 24 hours. • Revise all files received from the designer to ensure that there is no wrong info or details in the design. • Send the final graphics files to the customer to get the approval to proceed launching it on his website And social media Platforms. • Save all signed designs from the customer to revert to it if needed any time • Make tracking sheet for each order from scratch until the final launch on social media to trace the orders daily. • Building a strong relationship with the customer and introduce a high level of service to maintain the business and raise the revenue and the company income. • Manage the business office staff to provide a high level of customer service teamwork, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Job Details:• Solve problems timely and effectively ensuring customer satisfaction • Manage and maintain file system covering expenses, reports and support documentation • Assist with facility scheduling and customer service • Assist operations manager with planning of routine operations and projects • Work with supervisor to coordinate workflow and update daily production team accordingly • Take on additional shifts during peak work periods to keep projects on schedule • Use established assembly instructions to complete jobs quickly accurately and with zero errors
