• Job Details:Our duty is to get contact with the suppliers and their sales managers to start negotiation's with them to sign new contract for the up coming year , and our responsibility is to get the best of the contracts deductions percentage and fees.

• Job Details:I was responsible of reviewing incoming invoices making sure the items in the invoice is matching the supplier price list and making the edits to Match it with the price list. And responsible of coding new items for the suppliers and calculating the prices of it according to the discount percent in their contracts

Accounts Payable OfficerFull Time

• Job Details:- first i was reviewing the suppliers bills , the quantities , the values and the tax and make sure they are matching what is on our system , and then post it or commit it to be added to our stock and the supplier account . - second i was responsible of recording all the transactions that happens on the suppliers accounts whether it was payment for the supplier with a check or it is an earned deduction or fees for participation in the promotion magazine or it is an annual or quarter incentive and whatever else could be recorded to the suppliers accounts except one , cash payment transaction it is treasury accountant mission .
