• Job Details:* Patient Care: - Participating in multidisciplinary daily rounds in ICU, NICU, and ward - Optimizing drug use through dosing verification, managing drug interactions, checking medications for contraindications, limiting unnecessary drug use, and monitoring medications for efficacy, safety, and therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM), if necessary - Counseling and educating patients on their medications - Tracking medication errors, documenting them with suggested preventive measures - Coordinating the clinical services provided by the pharmacy department to ensure safe and efficient use of medications - Evaluating all orders for parenteral nutrition and recommending modifications to optimize the nutritional regimen * Drug Information Center: - Responding to drug information requests at the Drug Information Center * Drug and Therapeutics Committee: - Participating in protocol and pathway development and formulary management *Training and Education: - Participating in continuous education programs and providing presentations and medical periodicals to the healthcare team and public - Providing training programs and courses to undergraduate and postgraduate clinical pharmacists (PharmD students) *I am committed to promoting antimicrobial stewardship for the appropriate use of antimicrobials

Ward pharmacistFull Time

• Job Details:- Dispense and charge medication orders for approximately 50 patients using a unit dose system. - proposal for a new computerized dispensing system. - Make suitable interventions and modifications about medications’ strength, dose, and regiment. - Participate in an educational project about oral medication administration.

Community pharmacistFull Time

• Job Details:-Provide patient counseling and services for an average of 150 patients daily. - Achieve pharmacy sales targets and monthly growth. - As an on-call pharmacist challenged by making your different fingerprint in the changeable chain being in charge.
