• Job Details:Preparing variance reports across all sectors of company and analyzing the costs and revenues across company products.  Revising purchasing and payment orders of the firm and comparing with the budget.(volume and price) Along with the review of price offers and stock inventory  Creating the structure of excel budget files.  Involved in equity analysis and company analysis along with stakeholders and board members. Beside creating investment excel file for all company projects with its costs and returns after its period  Keeping track records of all expenses and searching for possible improvements to control them.  Giving financial advice and recommendations about newly purchases from suppliers with cost analysis and revenue return  Involved in a committee of stock inventory internal control by inspecting on the firm stock inventory , filtering and analyzing the stock  Entering some data ledgers transactions related to costing of the company that is read directly in P/L or B/L by functions in excel file  Doing Study comparison after each financial period for the company best alternative costing solutions in exporting and choosing the best shipping line for exporting  Involved in putting financial policies for the rest of the company sectors to facilitate and improve the cycle of financial paper work and financial wise work Skills: Personal Skills:  Good written and verbal communication skills and good analytical skills.  Ability to work under pressure.  Ability to learn quickly.  Time management  Financial problem solving  Persistence and confident communicator  Ability to manage change  Handle multiple tasks  Committed to deadlines Computer Skills:  Good knowledge of M.S word and Excel office  Average knowledge of JDE system
