• Job Details:Working closely with Quality Engineers, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering Technicians and Supplier Development to ensure projects are delivered as per required specs, on time, and within budget. Duties: - TMC (Toyota Motor Corporation) communication related to product technical specifications. - Selection of suppliers, in cooperation with Supply Chain and Quality Assurance Team - Window person for Suppliers communication for all related technical issues belongs to Product Development - Timeline planning for development tasks using Hoshin Kanri - Ensure Product development, in accordance with TMC standards by documenting of engineering Design Guides, Tests and Results, Vehicle specifications, and CAD data in accordance to TMC standards and hence receiving approval - Development of new technology products - Design of Electrical Wire Harness for products based on the vehicle specifications and product requirements. Developed Products: - Fog Lamps - Door Lock Systems - Under Bonnet Light - Signal Lights - Illumination Lights - DRL (Daytime Running Light) - Sensors - Passenger Door Lock Systems Participations: 1- Participated in the 2014 Fitting Check Activity for FMC (Full Model Change) on CV (Commercial Vehicles) in Toyota Motor Corporations, Nisshin Education & Training Center, Nagoya, Japan. Responsibilities included: - Accessories (Products) Fitting Check o Front Sensors o Rear Sensors o Passenger Door Lock System o Floor Illumination System o Audio/Video System o Fog Lamps - Fitting Check Reports - Installation Manuals - EWD (Electrical Wiring Diagram) Studying - Wire Harness Development 2- The only Engineer in a team participating in the 2014 Fitting Check Activity for MMC (Minor Model Change) on PCV (Passenger Car Vehicles) in Toyota Motor Corporations Australia Limited, Conversion & Accessories, Melbourne, Australia. Responsibilities included: - Accessories (Products) Fitting Check o DRL (Daytime Running Light) o Front Sensors o Rear Sensors o Passenger Door Lock System o Floor Illumination System - Fitting Check Reports - Installation Manuals - EWD (Electrical Wiring Diagram) Studying - Wire Harness Development Key Skills and Competences: - Ability to prepare Installation Manual for Electrical Products - Experience of working to TMC Standards (European, GCC) - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize and plan effectively. - Ability of troubleshooting and submitting potential design changes to improve product performance. - Excellent costumer handling and communication skills.
