• Job Details:• Help drive the implementation of GE standards and procedures at site • Ensure that all site personnel and employees are informed of site safe working procedures and practices so that they can fulfill their responsibilities. • Manage required compliance activities, including the implementation of in-country legislation and GE EHS programs. • Investigate incidents or near miss events as necessary or required. Including compilation and completion of any necessary documentation (e.g. Accident investigation or Near miss forms, Gensuite measurements submissions, etc.). Analyze root causes to determine safety measures to prevent future incidents and influence the implementation of corrective actions • Conduct appropriate inspections and audits and ensure corrective actions are monitored and documented. • Complete, document, and submit all required EHS reports and recordkeeping information. • Develop, compile and maintain the EHS project plan. • Communicate, coordinate, or administer EHS training as needed, including new employee orientation. • Ensure medical preparedness, and facilities are readily available for all employees and that records are properly maintained. • Assist in Safety Risk Assessment development implementation as is necessary or required. • Ensure the chemical management program is followed. • Ensure that all employees adhere to the EHS policy, local regulations and EHS GE programs. • Communicate regular updates regarding injury and illness awareness and mitigating measures. • Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations to improve performance. • Manage documentation related to EHS initiatives and adhoc programs. (Safety stand downs)

Project HSE team leaderFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for the assurance of sound HSE performance during the project, with focus on managing the HSE team. • Support and Coach project team members in demonstrating visible leadership and commitment to excellent HSE performance by means of site walkthroughs, safety moments • Lead Project HSE Advisers by managing and assigning work activities and monitoring delivery of responsibilities • Conduct HSE Inspections and Audits on key risk exposures such as: Risk assessments, Permit to Work. • Drive and Monitor implementation of contractor HSE Plan. • Perform walkthroughs with the Project Site HSE Advisers at the various project work sites • Monitor action close out from site walkthroughs, inspections, audits, investigations, hazard reports • Complete weekly updates and monthly HSE reports • Participate in incident investigations and audits • Ensure lessons learnt from incident investigations are disseminated to project site team • Provide support on risk assessments for permits • Participate in Permit to work and risk assessment meetings • Assist in the building of a strong HSE culture at site

EHS site managerFull Time

• Job Details:• Working for Siemens in major outage of Ayoun Mousa power plant steam turbine unit. • Ensuring that health, safety and environment standards are adequately implemented on site. • Carrying out job hazard analysis for daily activities and communicate the finding to employees/contractors. • Giving instruction to employees/contractors regarding EHS. • Conducting safety induction training and tool box talks to employees/contractors. • Carrying out site inspection and submit reports on non-conformities and corrective action recommended. • Ensuring that accidents / near misses are reported and recorded. • Maintaining good level of housekeeping on the site. • Ensuring that proper welfare facilities are provided for employees/contractors.
