• Job Details:Designing residential and commercial units following these steps: -Making a mood board meeting with the client to reach his taste. -3D modeling according to the mood board. -Working drawings and shop drawings of the unit to reach the accuracy at the site, which include the (Electrical- plumping- flooring- ceiling) and any decoration detail. Making the construction of many units based on the designs I already made: -Supervising the works such as the (Electrical- Plumbing- Gypsum board- Ceramic- Marble- Paintings) and any decoration work. -Providing the materials with the best prices. -Having a wide range of workers and Sub-contractors and dealing with them.
