Fleet Manager

• Job Details:Sets up and implements preventive maintenance plans. Proven track record of on-site and road-site repair and services. Pre-plans parts orders to ensure critical items availability on-hand through following up and planning with parts store. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to identify department’s needs. Execute and follow up with annual budgetary goals to guarantee organization objectives are met. Ongoing training for technicians and drivers to ensure maximum efficiency implementing agreed plans. Manage up to 80 technicians and drivers to sustain on time deliverables. Schedule drivers on various routes, follow up with drivers to create the most efficient routes to save time and cost.

Fleet Manager

• Job Details:Maintenance and repair company fleet (up to 150 vehicles). Follow up on vehicle maintenance from various brands (NKR, NQR, Canter, buses, forklift, Mercedes, etc.). Prepare and follow plans to decrease maintenance cost to avoid unnecessary cost for spare parts replacement. Prepare and follow up purchase orders for spare parts. Evaluate technician’s performance according to company policy and appraisal forms. Create, manage, and implement maintenance forms and documentation cycle. Schedule drivers on various routes, follow up with drivers to create the most efficient routes to save time and cost. Manage a team of 70 drivers and mechanics, follow up on their daily duties, train new members of the team. Issue and apply SOP. Develop and implement annual budget for Alexandria region (Alexandria, Damanhur, Matrouh). Follow all vehicle regulations and laws.

Maintenance Manager

• Job Details:Ensure maintenance is carried out on various vehicle brands (Mercedes, MAN, Iveco). Maintenance and repair company fleet and equipment (40 mixers). Evaluate technicians and workers performance level. Implement plans to decrease maintenance cost.
