• Job Details:1_ Customer complaints:. _ receive the complaints and investigation of root couse , and corrective and prventive action _ sending reports to customer to assure customer satisfaction 2_ Non conformity reports ;. _ make investigation to get the rout couse of the defect product , then do correction action , and get corrective and preventive action 3_ Documentation system :. _ Responsible for documents control distribution and withdraw the obsolete and invalid versions of standard operating procedure. _ verified that the documentation system is in place and well maintained _ Responsible for security and accessibility of all document available in QA hard copy or soft copy _ filed the documents such as deviation reports, non conformity reports , complaints, internal audit reports and external audit reports 4_ Audit :. _ internal audit on all process monthly according to audit plan. _ evaluated audit finding and implemented corrective action _ share and conduct quality internal audits against ISO certification _ meeting with external auditors.
