Senior Contracting ExecutiveFull Time

• Job Details:*Negotiate and conclude hotel sourcing that meet key company criteria of competitive/exclusive rates and ready availability (allocation and/or Free sale). * Maximize contract and destination performance through tactical flash sales, added value deals and periodic special offers. * Monitor competitor pricing and availability and respond accordingly. * Identify “must-have” hotels within designated areas. * Identify promotional opportunities within designated destinations/regions. * Identify and tackle issues regarding low performers. * Ensure all contract terms and conditions are completed to company guidelines in an accurate and timely manner. * Ensure all hotel information content (photos/facilities/contact details) is accurate and up to date. * Work with suppliers and internal teams to maximize benefit of all BAR/FIT and connectivity channels. * Negotiate and minimize losses as need. * Carry out other administrative tasks, as and when required.

Senior ContractingFull Time

• Job Details:• Maximize contracts performance by negotiating tactical promotions and special offers with hotels under Sourcing Managers’ guidance in the designated area. • Undertake price comparisons to ensure ongoing competitiveness. • Analyze levels of availability in a designated destination / hotel with the aid of internal reporting tools. • Use every opportunity to liaise with hoteliers over the phone in order to improve hotel performance and the competitive positioning of the company. • Manage and maintain hotel inventory by monitoring availability and pick-up to ensure sufficient room supply in line with business needs. • Undertake a weekly destination task list as defined and agreed with the Sourcing Supervisor/Manager. • Display proficiency in use and navigation of internal systems and provide constant administrative support to Sourcing Supervisor/Manager. • Act as first point of contact in the absence of the Sourcing Supervisor/Manager.
