- Job Details:• Position: Process technology team leader Sep202 Present: Responsibility: 1. Locally implement regional and global standards related with product and process design and product life cycle management workflows 2. Support site Process Technology function in-line with the mission and objectives of Local Operations and Regional Process Technology 3. Ensure that process, systems and manufacturing equipment design fulfils quality and process efficiency requirements 4. Actively contribute to regional operations and process technology network activities, continuous improvement projects and information sharing 5. Supports and contribute to resolution of local quality and process efficiency issues according to root cause analysis like PDCA and other LEAN working principles 6. Set-up manufacturing instructions, production versions including specific manufacturing requirements related to equipment, formula or dietary restrictions. 7. Trouble shoots manufacturing problems related to non-conformances, or manufacturing inefficiencies. 8. Identify opportunities improvement projects, for example linked to LEAN or GPS. 9. Liaises with flavorist to ensure formula design meets manufacturing capabilities in alignment with NPIR. 10. 1Liaises with Quality and Operations to resolve product non-conformances (incl. customer complaints). 11. Provide periodic supervision of Process Technology Specialists I. 12. Evaluate and analyze the risks of the projects for which it is responsible. 13.
