• Job Details:• Delegate all daily hotel operations • Lead the team for any new enterprise application • software application life-cycle and its responsibilities • SLA overview and revision • Conceptualize, create and develop multiple software applications to improve workflow through digitalization and self-maintenance • Design and implement network security system • Improve full ERP related to the hospitality business core based on existing software application (Fidelio suite 8) by developing custom reports needed for the head office • Provide application solutions upon need • Serve as a member of the Consultancy Team • Oversee IT Department including strategy, policy, procedures, workflow and budget
