• Job Details:• Follow up the execution of daily/weekly/monthly objectives for each job and communicate them to operators and foreman. • Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow the SOP’s. • Work on improving the efficiency of operators and machines. • Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy according to company policies. • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on performance, progress, stoppage of machines, Maintenance follow up. • Ensure all operational procedures carried out by production personnel follow Coats Best Practise procedures, Work Instructions and or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). • Co-ordinate and deliver all cross training within the team to provide greater flexibility in the allocation of resources and to deliver productivity improvements. • Continually promote the principles of CIP (6S, VM, VSM, KAIZEN…etc.). • Monitor and report daily all relevant KPI details to Heads of Department. • Monitor and analyse the excess and shortages of orders and set an action plan to overcome the reasons. • Follow up with quality team and maintenance team the plan of calibration of machines and splicers. • Follow up with Maintenance team the schedule of Preventive maintenance and the execution. • Update the SOP’s if we implement any modification in the process

product development engineerFull Time

• Job Details:Organizing charts and information for production performance and determine the responsibilities of workers and their efficiency and effectiveness. o Follow up all process in all departments (spinning, weaving, dying, finishing) to be sure that the correct materials and equipment are used and that they conform to specifications . o Controlling all new products stocks (raw material, chemical, yarns and fabrics) and check efficiency to be sure that the materials are suitable for specific product applications. o Reviewing processes for new samples and recommended materials to be sure that it is in accordance with the process specifications and factors such as strength, weight and elasticity.......etc. o Arranging washes, tests, garments from each new product to be sure from the performance, check color evaluation and if it’s according to the specifications or there is some falls.
