• Job Details:Plan, schedule, and monitor production processes to ensure on-time delivery and efficiency. Implement lean/six sigma methods to reduce costs, increase productivity, and maximize profitability. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and process deviations to drive continuous improvement. Utilize SAP ERP to streamline business processes and enhance operational transparency. Generate BI reports and Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for management. Perform monthly stock verification and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy. Manage manpower allocation to meet production targets and achieve KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, engineering, R&D, warehouse) to align production goals. Liaise with vendors and staff to ensure seamless material procurement and workflow compliance & safety. Oversee chemical, fire safety, and first aid protocols to ensure a secure work environment. Conduct internal audits to identify and rectify unsafe production practices. Ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) material delivery to maintain production schedules.
