• Job Details:Appointed as housekeeping departmental trainer to ensure calendar training and giving training needed to housekeeping team room attendant, public area attendant, order taker, runners. Checking rooms and ensure release to front office on timely manner. Handling any guest complaint/glitch in the section.

Pre Opening Housekeeping Supervisor

• Job Details:Responsible in linen, laundry and uniform area, ensure all linen received, inventory and send for pre-washing. Storage management. Taking measurements of all team members for uniform and coordinate with outside vendor for uniform. Snagging room coordinate with engineering and contractor training all housekeeping team member.

Pre Opening Housekeeping Manager

• Job Details:Responsible for establishing and implementing the housekeeping department's operational standards and procedures prior to the launch of a new property. This includes recruiting and training staff, developing cleaning protocols, coordinating the procurement of supplies and equipment, creating inventory systems, and ensuring that all areas of the property are prepared to meet brand quality and safety standards.
