Maintenance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance department. This includes managing the upkeep of all manufacturing assets, managing maintenance budget and resources and assisting in the design and installation of new systems. In addition this position also responsible for managing multiple shifts of Maintenance Supervisors and mechanics. Administering and coaching a team of four engineers and thirty two technicians and reporting to the Factory manager. Job description: • Verify that all maintenance schedules were matching equipment manuals and followed at all times • Managing, maintaining, and establishing maintenance procedures for production lines to ensure production meets and to perform better than budget. • Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules. • Drives the Maintenance and Reliability initiative focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, not reactive. • Setting and maintaining departmental budget by reviewing financial statements; monitoring line efficiencies; monitoring labor cost; and other expenses. • Performs performance Evaluations on direct reports twice a year. • Provides training and continuous development on all maintenance personnel. • Performs other duties by coordinating work with outside inspections, ensuring safety of personnel, and performing other duties as required. • Developing and maintaining quality standards. • Responsible for spare parts localization

Technical ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for operation process (analysis, design and optimization), metal workshop (Turning, milling and forge) to enable routine delivery of exceptional performance. Administering and coaching a team of two engineers and seventeen technicians and reporting to the Engineering Director. Job description: • Identify & drive continuous process improvement throughout the company by identifying process issues (delays, overlaps and then draw up and implement new solutions that can be implemented, in coordination with the functional process owners • Identify and drive potential cost savings and efficiency through process improvement • Define manufacturing performance standards and reviewed the outcome of performance goals to set future targets • Create visually appealing and appropriate metric/data displays for various functions • Responsible for the monthly factory audit • Responsible for performance community to solve monthly issues • Verify that all process control parameters were being documented and followed at all times • Investigate and implement ideas for quality improvement, increased productivity and cost reduction • Responsible for approval all purchase orders related to the operation (Production and maintenance)

Production ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Leading two departments; the production (14 lines) & Multi-color industry (4 tinting machines), Administering and coaching a team of six production engineers, production administrator and 190 operators and reporting to the Operations manager.
