• Job Details:• Responsible for all survey activities in the project.• Re-run/Established of horizontal and vertical control points of the project.• Checking and verification of existing and survey plan.• Plan, coordinate and supervise the work of several field survey crews.• Instruct survey crews in the field layout of the more difficult construction projects, in replacing lost survey monuments, in setting property corners in city land from legal descriptions and title information and in performing other aspect of survey work.• Keep detailed and accurate records of crew activities, survey data.• Prepared RFIT’s for type of works such as ( Formation, Blinding, Foundation, Footing, Column and Etc.)• Coordinating with the engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with project. Preserved and maintain all the documents and survey data for the project.• Work with contractors in providing survey data for expediting construction projects.• Maintaining equipment in proper condition and perform frequent calibration check.• Set out of placing of re-bars and formworks construction for rigidity and adequacy to support load and to ensure that the completed structures conforms to the lines and grades shown in the approved plans.• Attends inspection works with client and QC inspector checking position, centerline, elevation, dimension and verticality of structure foundation prior to final acceptance. Prepared accomplishment report.
