• Job Details: Provide skilled assistance to builders in planning and organizing building projects by interpreting and carrying out their directions  Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site  Interpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice in order to direct the progress of work and monitor compliance with construction documents  Calculate costs and estimate completion times to prepare tender bids and to deal with contract variations  Arrange supplies of material and equipment  Draw up detailed programs for site works and the coordination of building workers, and record variations from design drawings or specifications  Negotiate with subcontractors and make reports to builders and architects  Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors  Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site  Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractor and other operatives  Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site  Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades  Assist the PM in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval  Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations  Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations  Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications  Monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by client or architect  Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors  Preparing reports as required  Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Sr. Cost EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Manage all cost control/reporting system and procedures such as costs, manpower & equipment forecast, purchases of materials  Ensure that changes in cost and schedule impact of all changes are captured and re-billed to client/vendor  Perform cost data processing and analysis in order to provide management with project status, forecast and definition of alternatives  Prepare statistical data on steel/concrete ratio variations  Coordinate with the various operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate cost data is available for preparation of cost reports  Analyze monthly increase/decrease in Actual Costs, Remaining Costs, and Cost of Completion  Provide the management with monthly Cost Reports which summarizes Project Expenditures  Responsible for cost coding and checking of Material Requisition, Equipment movement, Equipment Rental, and other related requisitions  Analyze subcontractor's work orders including situation, extra works, additional works, unit prices and back charges
