• Job Details:• Lead a team of two, in charge of processing customer orders and complaints. • Co-lead a project to develop and implement an ERP system; in coordination with the Customer Service Manager and IT Manager, I designed the ERP according to the department’s requirements, managed the master data for the system, wrote up the user guide, and conducted trainings for relevant stakeholders on how to use the ERP. • Liaise with distributors for order collection to maintain appropriate stock levels. • Liaise regularly with other functions such as planning, logistics, finance, to ensure timely delivery of goods to our customers. • Facilitate resolution of credit blocks, invoices disputes and follow up on payments of invoices. • Monthly reporting of sales and order forecasts. • Training and implementation of feedback management system (to raise customer complaints). • Master data management to ensure ERP data is accurate and updated in a timely manner.

• Job Details:• Act as single point of contact for distributors concerning orders, shipments and complaints. • Process customer orders from creation to delivery, including follow up with production and shipping. • Facilitate resolution of credit blocks, invoices disputes and follow up on payments of invoices. • Liaise regularly with other functions such as planning, logistics, finance, to ensure timely delivery to our customers. • Handle customer complaints and follow up on corrective action when applicable.
