• Job Details:• Management/implementation of company credit policy in-coordination with financial dept. • Manage through assigned team reduction in aged balances and past dues, update daily aging and Accounts Receivables related reports. • Manage a team of cash Team Leads, cash collectors and analysts. • Review and update clients’ credit limits and necessary credit assessments in coordination with Sales dept. • Responsible for all reconciliation, client discounts. • Regular Customer Visits and coordinating the payment procedures. • Supervising A/R and A/P Transactions. • Daily follow up for the checks situation with treasury dept. • Customers guarantees management. • Monthly closure Analysis. • Applying Bad Debt Reserve calculation as per Company policy. • Calculating sales commission based on collection. • Follow up clients bounced checks with sales and legal dept. • Follow up Tax payments. • Responsible for data management required by Audit dept.  Business achievement: Update Company legacy System from manual operations to fully automated ERP System "Comsys Software".
