• Job Details:Post-contract Phase duties and responsibilities: 1- Acting impartially in between of Employer and Contractor. 2- Management of All variation orders and change requests via a change control log. 3- Claims determination. 4- Penalties and Backcharges Management. 5- Management of all EI's (engineer's instructions). 6- Acting Proactively and in preventive way against potential claims events. 7- Project Controls weekly meetings with All project parties to discuss all critical events and pending issues.
