• Job Details:Researching and selecting local brands to display at the Osana boutique, organizing and maintaining display of products, working in coordination with events and marketing managers to host seasonal bazaars and events, recruiting and training boutique staff, producing reports of sales and payroll directed to the accounting department, revising inventory and placing orders for restocks as needed.

Front Office Executive

• Job Details:Handling bookings for classes and appointments using customer relations manager (Mindbody) to set appointments, checking clients in and out of classes and appointments, resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive experience, coordinating with housekeeping department to ensure smooth running of activities, producing daily reports of sales.

Sales Person

• Job Details:Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the book section, achieving and exceeding monthly sales target, assisting and responding to customer inquiries, revising inventory and producing monthly reports accordingly.
