• Job Details:ORASCOM FOR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES(OCI):  DAR NEW PREMISES IN CAIRO @ Smart Village (Egypt). From 1/03/2011 Till 1/7/2014. Owner : Dar Al-Handasah Shair Partners Consultant : Dar Al-Handasah Shair Partners Project Budget :380 Million EGP. Position Held : Civil Engineer. Job responsibilities. My Job was concerned in the following activities: Civil Works.  Site mobilization.  Reviewing the structural shop drawing and fulfilling it on site.  Preparing Cut list for steel reinforcement with steel fixers.  Supervising doing berry and docka formworks ( ceiling-walls-circular tank )  Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with Budget, Quality, Schedule and HSE requirements.  Coordinate with Technical office and MEP.  Pouring big amount of concrete for columns, walls, ceilings and ramps.  Reviewing formwork shop drawings for isolated footing, strip footing, raft, trenches And sum pits in site. Finishing Works. Monitoring and supervising elevation finishes like:  Porcelain and ceramic tiles.  Masonry, plastering and interior exterior paintings.  Steel, wooden and aluminum doors with its hardware.  Wheel stopper and corner guard for parking and basements.  Epoxy painting and road marking.  Toilet’s accessories and mirrors.  Gibsom board and false ceiling  Marble works ( Cararra-Basaltina-Nero marquin )  Ezz Billet Caster Factory @ Ain Sokhna (Egypt). From 05/09/2009 till 1/03/2011. Owner : EZZ FLAT STEEL. Consultant : International Engineering for Technical Consultation (IETC). Project Budget : 2.75 Billion EGP. Position Held : Civil Engineer. Job responsibilities. My Job was concerned in the following activities:  Plan, direct and supervise civil works and discipline to review and monitor project progress and completion in accordance with overall project plan.  Plan, monitor and manage execution of civil works to ensure on time – in budget – high quality completion.  Infrastructure, Earth Work, Grading and Paving works, landscape  Coordinate with Technical office and MEP Civil Works Areas.  Sludge circular tank with radius 1160mm.  Dewatering station with deep rectangular tank.  Electrical and sewage manholes.  Sand filter building with 6 filters.  Slab on grade around water treatment area.  Cooling bed with pump room and big cooling fans.  Longitudinal clarified building and its pump room. Architectural Works.  Masonry works, plaster, toilet accessories and painting.  Ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles and granite works  Steel doors, door frames and hardware.  Gibsom board and suspended ceiling.  Raised floor and steel handrail.  Beet Sugar Factory @ El Noubaria (Egypt). From 1/07/2008 till 1/10/2008. Owner : Beet Sugar Factory at El Noubaria Consultant : Internal Quality Control Project Budget : 1.65 Billion EGP. Position Held : Site Engineer. Civil Works. Working hard with oci team in civil works such as  Raft foundation in boiler building and the footing for its  Piles and isolated footing for lime kiln building
