Technical Procurement Electrical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Technical Procurement Electrical Engineer responsible for: •Study project drawings, specifications and related documents. •Review tender’s proposal, technical and financial documents. •Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing. •Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company. •Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality. •Prepare both technical and financial comparisons. •Prepare submittal, or re-submittal to obtain clients / consultants approvals. •Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier referencing study. •Prepare and process letters of intent, purchase orders and subcontracts for subcontractors / suppliers. •Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product. •Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets. •Follow and respect the Department’s policies, procedures and targets. •Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements. •Update all engaged data on regular basis. •Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliance in all the procurement transactions. •Coordinates and directs the work of individuals engaged in project according to site requirements, top management and division manager directions. •Attend progress meetings and represents the department in any discussions concerning the procurement process of the project.

Electrical Testing and Commissioning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Electrical Test Engineer at TAB company October 2016 - Present (The Engineering Company for Testing and Balancing Services, W.L.L)  Responsibilities: - Testing electrical systems and components (Power transformers, UPS, Stabilizers, Electrical panels, LV and MV cables, Small Power and Lighting systems and Earthing systems). - Making analysis reports on performed tests Power-system Protection - Preparing offers and pricing for tests. - Co-ordinate with planning, procurement and marketing department for the effective execution of jobs as scheduled. - Coordinate with customer as and when required.
