• Job Details:• Overseeing analysis of incoming packaging and raw materials before being used in production. • Heading in-process checks staff to ensure they sample products consistently to ensure the final product is of the highest quality. • Taking part in performing equipment qualifications and processes validation eg cleaning validation • Managing workforce offering the required support to ensure daily targets are met. • Ensuring all workers receive on the job trainings which provides them with the skills required to perform their duties smoothly • Ensuring the cleaning and sanitization of the whole production area to ensure that the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained within the department. • Ensuring cGMP is followed in all sections. Responsible for total quality management in the dept • Ensuring that autonomous maintenance (AM) and preventive maintenance (PM) is done on machines to ensure machine break downs are reduced to increase productivity • Ensuring implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures. • Driving continuous improvement (kaizen) within production.
