• Job Details:Network admin and managing network behavior and activities (Sangfor firewall), management of firewall access registration and policy application, upgrading software application, connectivity of local files and printer sharing, backup file and recovery of file data, set up and repair of computer peripherals including but not limited to a desktop computer, laptop, printer, phone, routers, access points and emails. Assistance to office of their usual IT related setbacks including but not limited to email, internet connection, desktop application printer, desktop computer, and laptop.

• Job Details:Assisting the network admin on managing network behavior and activities (Cisco Meraki), management of firewall access registration and policy application, upgrading software application, connectivity of local files and printer sharing, daily PC routine and check up, backup and recovery of file data, set up and repair of computer peripherals including but not limited to a desktop computer, laptop, printer, phone, routers, and access points.

Technical Support Specialist

• Job Details:Install and configure computer hardware’s operating systems and applications, upgrading of hardware’s/computers/servers, troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports, follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system, support the roll-out of new applications deployments, setup new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues, test and evaluate new technologies, conduct electrical safety checks on IT equipment.
