• Job Details:The Project : To construct Petroleum refinery plant as an extension of the existing CORC (Cairo Oil Refinery Company), The main purpose of the ERC plant is to process products from CORC to produce additional high-quality petroleum products for the local market , The project is located in Mostorod , North Cairo. GS E&C Are the Main CONTRACTOR for the project , OC is a Subcontractor with a 86,000,000.00 $ Contract for SMP Package + Civil Contract type: Re-measured contract Contract initial amount: 86,000,000 USD. Main role & responsibilities : • Coordination and quantification of all Engineering documents related to SMP Package such as (Vendor drawings, Piping Isometric drawings, P&IDs, Fabrication Shop drawings ... etc. • Preparing Complete MTO for the Project. • Verification of installed Quantities, Site auditing & Preparing OC monthly invoices for SMP Package (Steel structure, Mechanical equipment, Piping & Firefighting) • Follow up on engineering changes , modifications & extra works to determine impact , Handling Variation orders. • Coordinating with the CONTRACTOR for all commercial issues. • Validation and verification of all sub-contract unit price invoices (where applicable) as well as field auditing, and all other quantity and progress related
