• Job Details:Construction of container berth at Damietta Port, consists of quay wall of almost 2000 m U-Shape length (1000m South quay wall-302 East quay wall and 670m North quay wall with 910 m2 container yard area) and dry and wet excavation/dredging of 5 million m3 to depth (- 18.00m CD) and construction of anti-scour protection armour rock layers 2.00m thickness The project consists of 2020 m Diaphragm wall 1.2m thickness and 50m depth and 1134 board piles 1.20 m diameter and 54m depth and Barrette walls (0,80*2.80 &1.0*2.80) and 50m depth and superstructure of front beam( 7.0*2.5m) and rear beam (3.3*2.5 m )and transverse beam( 1.5*2.5 m) with cast in-situ slab 40 cm deck and 148 bollard 200 ton capacity and 115 super cone fender and crane rail( A150 ) 420 ton and miscellaneous items (ladders -mooring rings-service trenches-gantry cranes turn over pit and tie down set and stow pin set and stop)
