• Job Details:Worked as a freelancer on multiple remote projects outside Egypt. These projects included work on the Microsoft environment, VMware, and infrastructure. My last project is in Egypt. It is about rebuilding the whole structure it contains (Head office and 16 Branches) for the CIC company (Alwan library): Change the OS level from Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2016 because it had many problems and was not secure in the domain area. Then, rebuild the domain controller with the recommended and secure specs (PDC - ADC - Active Directory - DNS - File Server - Replication site - GPO - ...etc.). -Work with the ISP company to solve many problems related to this service (VPN MPLS) to establish a stable connection between the branches and the HO. -Work with the developer to prepare all pre-requests to build the app (Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012) on servers and the client’s machine. -For some server branches, I installed the entire solution (Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012) in the server and client machine phases. -I changed 80% of the hardware for servers, client machines, and local network devices.

• Job Details:Operations Tasks: -Manage and mitigate the vulnerabilities on Windows Servers, Workstations, vSphere, ESXI, Protocols, DB, 3rd Party App, ... etc. -Manage patch management using the SCCM tool and manage the task schedule monthly for multiple groups using the FAB Policy. -Manage the creation of new certificates, expired certificates, firewall certificates, and app certificates according to the FAB Policy. -Monitor backup activity on Veritas. -Manage multiple file servers. -Manage the monthly restart activity for critical servers according to the FAB Policy. -Create VMs on VMware (install and configure the OS) using the FAB Policy. -Monitor the capacity storage for VMware. -Manage DHCP, Active Directory services, ... etc. -Troubleshoot Update settings, Security settings, OS settings, Registry settings, GPO settings, ...etc. Implementation Project: -Manage and work with Veritas vendor to upgrade to the latest versions supported with other products we use, and work with our environment to meet Fab policy in three phases (UAT, DR, PR) to mitigate the vulnerabilities. -Manage and work with the RightFax vendor to upgrade to the latest version to mitigate the vulnerabilities. -Ivanti Security Control (Patch Management) as a POC Project: -Deploy VMs on VMware (install and configure the OS). -Manage backups and snapshots. -Perform hardline, based on CIS standards, to meet the FAB Policy: -Base Line. -Integration with a proxy server. -Integration with Firewall systems. -Integration with the DB server. -Provide a communication matrix for the external subsystem. -Manage the Ivanti security control application. -Patch multiple environments such as MS Servers, Workstations, ESXI, vSphere, third-party apps, and Linux). -Provide the entire plan for the production phase. Attend DR Activity DEC 2021: My responsibilities are preparing some services to move to the DR Data Center and then shutting down all physical servers and VMware environment (all VMs by sequences then ESXI host then the hardware blade servers). This time, the entire PR Data Center will be shut down for electricity maintenance.
