Regularly contribute to curriculum planning and development including interdisciplinary units of work and the development of transdisciplinary skills. Plan with colleagues to deliver effective team teaching when possible. Develop assessment tasks following IB guidelines and use a wide range of formative assessment tools. Utilizing educational equipment, such as Foldable, Smart Board, and other learning aids. How to treat with different stages and teach them with the simplest way. Adapting mathematics curriculum for individual, small group, and remedial instruction to meet the needs of identified students or subgroups of students. Understanding children psychology and the ability to motivate them. Establishing and maintaining standards of student behavior. Give tips to students to improve their performance. Fairness in dealing with students from different races and ethnicities. How to connect with the student parents to make corrective follow up.
