• Job Details:- Managing and coordinating the vehicle arrangements, supervising the organization's driver/s and arrange for vehicles maintenance. - Handling correspondence with Foreign mission groups regarding facilitating their trip to Zambia, and preparing for their accommodation and the program for entire stay. - Handling incoming donations and the expenses of how to use these donations. -Assisting in administrative procedures related to recruitment and HR matters like hiring new driver and giving out salaries/allowances. - Taking care of the airport operations on arrivals of visitors and helping them to go through the airport procedures (i.e: immigration, customs, etc.) - Performing other administrative and logistical tasks as assigned (i.e: organizing events, supervising other employees, etc.) - Providing basic IT support for issues related to printers, computers and network, installing softwares and recommending new devices. - Responsible for all A/V devices and machines and all its attachments and upgrading them every now and then.
