Provide strategic recommendations, advising on asset management, cost control, and operational improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating risks in asset management and budgeting. Support long-term planning by providing data-driven insights on capital investments, maintenance optimization, and cost-saving opportunities.

Executive Planning & Cost Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:o Follow up power\water plants O&M to ensure it is working in the most efficient way. o Follow up CM\BD of the equipment and the work flow. o Prepare O&M monthly plan o Manage all corrective work through detailed work orders including parts, required by dates, labor special tooling and task duration. o Ensure that key maintenance personnel is informed and prepared for upcoming PM repairs. o Liaise the reliability engineers to make sure that condition monitoring & data analysis notes are considered in weekly plans. o Ensure the accuracy of Equipment & components history in addition to the accuracy of the decisions based on that history. o Prepare actual capacity report for all RO units on weekly basis. o Prepare annual OPEX \ CAPEX budget. o Review overall project status with the Project team and Project Management and recommend corrective action where necessary. o Evaluate monthly KPI: (Availability, MTBF, MTTR, &Utilization). o Collaborate with concerned departments to maintain optimal level of performance within required budget and ensure compliance with KPIs. o Advises the Planning Director on all planning-related matters. o Training all new engineers for the planning department o Conduct internal audits in coordination with Quality department. o Perform Daily/Weekly/Monthly routine tasks.
