Electrical Coordinator (LOW CURRENT) Full Time

• Job Details:* Review shop drawing prior to submittal for service coordination and coordination with other construction elements. * To advice on any impact on services caused by Architectural changes and raise Query to Technical Manager & Consultant. * Review material/equipment technical submittals from contractor for specification compliance. * Review of method statements with respect to installation works and logistics for equipment positioning. * To liaise with Construction Manager on matter seeking advice/requiring assistance. * Ensuring that services provisions clearance is provided in time for structure. * To oversee installation under civil contractor scope of works. * Close inspection for contractor installation works. * Carry out site walks and inspection for service installation, identifying poor quality elements and advise construction and MEP Team. * Carry out inspection for Contractor material along with QA/QC and Consultant. * Ensure that site instruction/ NCR are closed out. * To inspect concealed installation prior to closure of void /riser etc. in conjunction with QA/QC and obtaining consultant sign off.

QA/QC Electrical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:* Conduct site survey prior to design execution to assist engineering department in case of any modifications and/ or extensions. * Review and implement designs in conformance with specifications and standards (ISO, NFPA, BICSI) and analyze soundness of the design scope. * Following up approval of execution drawings and material submittal sheets prior to any electrical works. * Supervision and Monitoring of work progress and generates reports for the management. * Adept and update with the most recent building / construction and government rulings as well as in project estimation. * Testing & Commissioning upon project handling to the client’s representative in cooperation with maintenance department.

Design Specialist/ Presales EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:* Designs of Network Infrastructure and Structured Cabling Projects and its technical facilities. * Also designs of Building Electronics Security Solutions Projects and its technical facilities. It includes all the pre-sales works on CCTV and Access Control System. * Prepare solution proposals, project bidding documents and specifications preparations. * Support sales team on proposal and solutions to customers. * Generates bill of materials for quotations. * Assist sales in gathering 3rd party pricing and liaising with 3rd parties, if required. * Set meetings with client to understand requirements and come out with a proposal.
